Built-in filters

If you would like to check how many cards are in a specific status, or how many cards and tasks are assigned to a user, the built-in filters are the best choices.

Filter by status

The statuses in the termékes are filters as well. Click on a terméke on the blue navigation bar then on a status on the right side to list all cards that are in that status.

In the parentheses, you can see how many cards are in a status. The first number shows the number of cards on which there is at least one overdue task.

Filter by owner

You can filter cards that are assigned to you or to one of your colleagues. The system filters those cards.

• on which a task is assigned to the user
• that are assigned to the user

Click on a terméke on the blue navigation bar, then click Filter and choose a user from the list.

This is the only filter that is saved by MiniCRM. It will filter by the selected owner until you create another filter.
