Custom Call Link Setup

With a custom call link you can use your external VOIP device to make calls through MiniCRM.

By clicking on the phone number field in MiniCRM, the call is made with the connected VOIP device.

Contact your Call Center provider to obtain the username and password necessary to set up call link.

Call Link Structure

The call link is made with HTTP protocol on the internal network.

To create the call link, you need the internal IP address of the VOIP device and your username and password.

VOIP device internal IP address: A static IP address obtained from your browser through HTTP protocol.
Username: The username in your VOIP device.
Password: The password corresponding to the above username.
Extension: The extension required to reach the device.

Call Link Setup.

You can add the call link on the Profile page under „Phone number settings”.

To add a custom call link, select the „Custom” option for the Prefix.
After setting up the call link, the user can start calls on the VOIP device by clicking on the phone number in MiniCRM.
