Google calendar Synchronization

  1. Go to your Profile!
  2. On the left side, click on enable cal sync.
  3. Select which Google account calendar you want to sync MiniCRM with.
  4. Accept the Data protection consent.
  5. Open your Google calendar and on the left side you will see a new embedded calendar. This is where you will see your open tasks.
  6. Your tasks will now automatically show up in your calendar until you cancel the calendar sync.

    Once you have enabled calendar sync, you can sign in to MiniCRM using your Google account.

    It is important to know that 1 Google account can only be connected to 1 MiniCRM user.

    When you turn on calendar sync, every active terméke’s every not deleted cards’ maximum 500 open tasks are sorted by due date and added to the calendar. Tasks older than 30 days are not synced by MiniCRM. These tasks are considered obsolete by the system.

    After a successful sync

  • Modifications made to an open task in MiniCRM are instantaneously visible in your Google Calendar.
  • Closed tasks are also visible in a separate embedded calendar.
  • Closing a task in MiniCRM moves the event to the closed tasks calendar.
  • Closed tasks are visible for 2 months in the calendar.
  • Registering a new open task in MiniCRM instantaneously shows up in your Google calendar. The maximum number of Google events is 1000.
  • Modifying an event in your Google calendar also modifies your task in MiniCRM.
  • Deleting an event in your Google calendar marks your MiniCRM task as completed. (Cancelling the deleting of an event stops the task from syncing in MiniCRM because it is impossible to open or edit a closed task, as it is placed in History.)
  • Creating a new event in your Google calendar does NOT show up as a task in MiniCRM because it can’t be associated with a specific terméke or card.
