How can I filter the result of mass emails?

To list the recipients of a mass email sending or an email sent by a follow-up sequence, you need to create a filter.

Go to the required filter conditions and choose the Email category that includes the conditions related to mass email sending.

Let’s see the options:

• Follow-up sequence: It refers to those who are in the filter to which an email was sent by a follow-up sequence or mass emails were sent.
• Sent at: Filters those who received a mass email from you in a defined time period.
• Exists: Use it together with the Template condition, because it displays those who have received a specific template.
• Opened: It filters those who have opened the mass email.
• Clicked: It filters those who have clicked on a link in the mass email.
• Template: It filters those to whom you sent a specific template during a mass email sending.
• Bounced: It filters those who have not received your mass email because it bounced.
