How does the Unsubscribe link work?

If you send mass emails manually or by a follow-up sequence, every email should contain an unsubscribe link so the recipients can unsubscribe if they want to. Following that, they will not receive mass emails again.

The link can be inserted into the emails in two ways:

• MiniCRM automatically inserts one during the sending.
• The link is inserted manually into the email template. In this case, you can write an unsubscribe text as well. If the link is inserted into the template, the system does not insert one during the sending. You can insert the link as a variable that you can find in the Other category. You will see the following in the template: {%Other.UnsubscribeUrl%}
