How to add a new invoice while searching or from a card
- You can add a new invoice, proforma or offer on cards and contact cards by clicking on the button on the right side below Projects. You can find the same button after searching, in the top left-hand corner above the list of results.
- If you have not added your billing information yet, this is the next step.
- Before adding a new invoice, you have to enter some basic data which cannot be changed later while editing the invoice.
- Customer name. If it is correct what you see, you do not need to do anything. If not, click on Reset and add the correct customer.
- Medium: Printed or e-invoice
- Currency type: You can only add those items to the invoice which has the relevant currency type. New items will be added to the invoice with this currency type.
- Language: Hungarian, English, German, Slovak
- Reverse charge
- Click on and start to add the items.
- On the left side, you can see your data, on the right side, you can see the customer’s data. Check whether everything is correct. To modify something, click on Edit.
- If there is anything that you would like to display on the invoice besides the items, type it into the Subject field.
- Below this, you can set basic information:
- Payment method
- Performance date
- Prompt
- VAT mode
- Add the items.
- Check carefully whether everything is correct. If it is, you can issue the invoice.
- Click on in the top right-hand corner.
- In the popup window, you can see the preview of the invoice.
- Click on Issue to issue the invoice. By clicking on Issue and Send, the invoice will be sent immediately to the customer. It will be attached to a template.
