How to archive emails
If you are emailing with your customers/leads and the emails contain important information, archive them to the relevant opportunity cards. Later you can find the emails and other useful data in one place so you will know what has been talked about and what was the result.
1.) On opportunity card click the Archive button.
2.) Copy the long email address that is displayed.
3.) Forward the email from your inbox to the archive email address.
4.) Reload the opportunity card and you can see the archived email immediately.
Click on the subject of the email to read the email.
If many emails are exchanged, it is recommended to wait and archive the last email so the whole conversation will be linked together and all information will be more transparent in the history.
