How to create or edit fields
- If there is no card in a terméke, create one. If there is a card in the terméke already, click on it.
- Click on the icon next to the name of the Card/Company/Contact person and select the Edit fields option.
- If you click on the icon on an opportunity card, you can edit the card fields.
- If you click on the name of a company and then on the icon, you can edit the company fields.
- If you click on the name of a contact person and then on the icon, you can edit the person fields. Here can you edit, for example, the person’s position.
- To edit the fields, click on the icon on the left side.
- If there is a field that is not set in MiniCRM, but data is coming from an external source (for example, via an integration), check the Read only field.
- If there is a piece of information that should be known in order for the card to get into the next status (for example, you need to know the expected revenue before closing the sales process), set the Required from status to status fields.
- If you don’t need a field, click on the button to delete it.
- To create a new field, drag and drop a new field from the right side.
