How to inactivate a user
Only admins can inactivate users.
- Click on the icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Now you see the list of users.
- Find the one who you would like to inactivate and click on their name.
- Click on in the top right-hand corner.
- If the user was set as the owner of cards or is a task assignee, the system asks who should be set instead of the user in question.
- If the user was set as a sender/recipient of follow-up sequences, was added to a filter as a condition, or was present on a web form, you will see these at the top of the page with red background.
- Click on the links:
- In case of a follow-up sequence, remove the step or set someone else instead of them as a recipient/sender.
- In case of a filter, click on the filter condition, remove the checkmark from the name, and click OK.
- In case of a web form, set another user as an Owner.
- If you are ready, refresh the page and go back to the 4th step.
Once you inactivate a user, you cannot reactivate them for 168 hours.
