How to inactivate a user

Only admins can inactivate users.
  1. Click on the beallitasok-gomb icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Now you see the list of users.
  3. Find the one who you would like to inactivate and click on their name.
  4. Click on inactivate in the top right-hand corner.
  5. If the user was set as the owner of cards or is a task assignee, the system asks who should be set instead of the user in question.
  6. If the user was set as a sender/recipient of follow-up sequences, was added to a filter as a condition, or was present on a web form, you will see these at the top of the page with red background.
  7. Click on the links:
    1. In case of a follow-up sequence, remove the step or set someone else instead of them as a recipient/sender.
    2. In case of a filter, click on the filter condition, remove the checkmark from the name, and click OK.
    3. In case of a web form, set another user as an Owner.
  8. If you are ready, refresh the page and go back to the 4th step.
Once you inactivate a user, you cannot reactivate them for 168 hours.
