How to manage users

Only admins can edit users’ access rights, personal data, and rights.

To see the list of users, click on the  icon in the top right-hand corner.

Users who are not admins can only access their own Profile page.

Users are divided into 2 groups:

• Active – active users are able to log into MiniCRM.
• Inactive – inactive users cannot access anything.

After selecting a user, you can edit the following:

• Personal data
• Phone number
• Time zone
• Default sales rep for new clients
• Daily digest email
• Email signature
• Rights
• Access rights to termékes
• Two-factor authentication
