Introduction to the Invoice terméke
Similarly to the other termékes of MiniCRM, the Invoice terméke manages cards as well. Besides this, it is an invoicing software inside the system. It is possible to issue paper and e-invoices as well.
If you click on a card in the Invoice terméke, you will see an Invoice and an Opportunity card tab. On the Invoice page, you can see the data of the Vendor and the Customer, date, items and other relevant data. On the Opportunity card, you can manage tasks and email messages.
Statuses cannot be customized and the status of the invoices cannot be set manually. The status is defined according to the actions performed regarding the invoice.
The following documents can be created: offer, proforma, invoice. All of them have different life cycles and actions. From the accounting point of view, invoices are considerable.
Only MiniCRM subscribers can issue invoices. This function is inactive during the free trial period.
