MinervaTel Intergration

If you have a MinervaTel subscription, it is possible to connect it with MiniCRM. This allows you to start calls from MiniCRM. These calls will show up in the History section of cards in the form of a voice file, allowing you to listen to the conversations later.

Equipment needed:

  • MinervaTel
  • MiniCRM
  • VoIP client
You need administrator rights and a Professional subscription for the setup.

Connecting steps:

  1. Click on thebeallitasok-gomb icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Click on System on the blue navigation bar.
  3. Choose MinervaTel in the Voip API box on the left side.
  4. Click on the voip api icon and send the generated API key to MinervaTel so they can link it to your subscription.
  5. The values for the four remaining fields can be obtained from MinervaTel.
  6. On your Profile page you have to provide the Extension of your MinervaTel phone number.
  7. Set the correct prefix for the VoIP client you use (callto, sip, oa, mt, Custom).
  8. After a successful connection, the details of the calls are displayed on customers’ cards under the history.
