MiniCRM Android Application

The MiniCRM Android application – like the mobile version – is available on phones and tablets.
After installation, sign in with your username and password.

 The MiniCRM Android application – like the mobile version – contains the base functions of the CRM system. The application offers more than the mobile version: your call-log can be synced to MiniCRM so in the History section you can keep track of accepted and rejected calls, started calls, and call duration.

The data of the last 200 calls are synced after signing in to the application.

Call data uploaded by the application can be used to display results in the Users activity report.

The Android application syncs upon every sign-in. If you start the application and sign in (or you are automatically signed in because that’s what you selected) the data are synced to MiniCRM in a matter of seconds.

When you select a card, the app tries to find the most relevant card. Multiple factors are considered: owner of card, owner of card, last modification, last task modification.

You can even add new contact persons to a card by scanning a QR code with your smartphone.
