It is not possible to send SMS messages from the system between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.
Sending SMS manually
To send custom SMS messages, go to a client’s card and click on (SMS) next to their mobile number in Contacts. Then select one from the SMS templates or write an SMS by clicking on the [Custom SMS] button.
After choosing a template, you can rewrite it before the sending because the original one won’t be affected by these changes. Therefore, you can use the given template later as well.
Mass SMS messages
Mass SMS messages can be sent to clients’ default mobile number by using saved filters. To do this, open a saved filter, click on the Send message button, select SMS and choose one from the SMS templates.
To send mass SMS messages, an active phone number has to be added in Terméke settings. However, the messages are sent from a central mobile number that is different from the number set in Terméke settings.
