System

Here you can perform the general settings of your MiniCRM system.

  1. Click the settings icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Click System on the blue navigation bar and set the following:
    1. System name.
    2. Unsubscribe page language. The unsubscribe page will be displayed in the language set here if someone would like to unsubscribe from your mass emails.
    3.  If you know which one is the most common address type that you use, choose it from the list in the Default address type box.
    4. To integrate MiniCRM with another system, create an API key here.
    5. If you use MinervaTel, Opennetworks or OptiVoice, you can connect the two systems.
    6. If you have a Helpdesk terméke, you can exclude specific email addresses (e.g. noreply addresses) from the Incoming email manager. No emails that are sent from excluded addresses will be displayed.
    7. You can invite a MiniCRM colleague as a Consultant to your system as well.
